CONDITIONS

By placing an order on this website or through our shop, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please see separate terms and conditions regarding wedding and event orders, stated in the wedding or event flower quote.

 

General:

Our normal working days are Tuesday-­Saturday, excluding public holidays, subject to some celebration days falling on Sunday or Monday, when we will be open. Details will be placed on the website when this is applicable.

 

Products and Delivery:

All products will be at your risk from the time of collection or delivery.

Despatch of products will be arranged after we have received payment or notification of payment.

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.

Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

Products will be delivered on the date provided during ordering. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery/collection date.

Prices shown or agreed include VAT and exclude the cost of delivery which will be calculated on ordering.

Cancellation:

Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

Refund Policy:
We hope you will be delighted with any products you have purchased from The Flower Barn. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your flowers then you should notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods so we may have the opportunity to resolve the issue. If there is a question of the quality of the flowers received, the recipient should contact

The Flower Barn directly within 5 days of receipt. Please bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Proper care is required. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify us within 5 days of the original delivery date. It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements. Refunds cannot be made to a third party.
